Terms of use.

These terms describe the UUTIFY architectural rendering service, render credits and recurring plans. Local legal and tax review is still recommended.

The service

UUTIFY converts model-view images into AI-generated architectural visualizations. Outputs are creative approximations and may contain errors. They are not construction documents, engineering advice or a guarantee of buildable details.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account activity and for having the rights needed to upload every source image. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, abuse, security testing without permission or infringement of third-party rights.

Render credits

A render reserves the number of credits shown before generation. If the generation job fails, the reservation is automatically returned to its original credit bucket. Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits refresh each paid billing period and unused subscription credits expire at the end of that period. Welcome or promotional credits may have a separate expiry date shown in the account.

AI providers and availability

Different render engines may use different third-party providers. Availability, speed and visual consistency can vary. UUTIFY may pause an engine to protect quality, security or sustainable service economics.

Payments and subscriptions

Stripe securely processes paid plans and credit packs in the currency shown at checkout. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe billing portal. Credits are issued only after UUTIFY receives a verified payment event.

Refunds

If a payment was made in error, request help before using the related credits. Any approved full or partial refund removes the corresponding unused credits. A chargeback, payment dispute or refund after the related credits were spent may temporarily pause rendering while the balance is reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
