Clear answers about credits, cancellations and secure payment.
When do credits expire?
Free credits are valid for 30 days. Monthly and first-month bonus credits expire at the end of their subscription period. Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire.
Do failed renders cost credits?
No. A final failed render returns the reserved credits automatically. Provider retries reuse the same reservation and never charge twice.
Are Beta packs subscriptions?
No. Starter, Designer and Studio are one-time credit purchases with no recurring charge.
Which payment methods are available?
Stripe shows the eligible methods for your checkout. Subscriptions require recurring-compatible methods. FPX supports one-time MYR credit-pack payments only after account activation.

Every tester should create their own account so trial credits, projects and billing events stay isolated and auditable.
Stripe confirms every payment by signed webhook before UUTIFY adds credits. Keys stay server-side and duplicate events cannot add credits twice.
